I understand the set day and time for group classes can not be changed.

Missing a lesson will mean a lost lesson and there will be no refund for missed lessons for both group and one to one lessons.

I understand that once the monthly fees are made, there will be no refunds

I understand that I am responsible for meeting the minimum hardware requirements for Zoom meetings

My child’s behaviour must be good otherwise there is a risk of him/her being removed from lessons without a refund

Cancellation of service: A notice period of 4 weeks must be given

We have a no refunds policy for payments made

There is no cancellation fee for our service. Any payments made covers the lesson(s) the payment was made for.

For one to one lessons, a minimum of 48 hours must be given for any cancellations. Any lessons that are resheduled must be agreed on by the management of Singapore Maths Academy. There is no guarantee that a lesson may be resheduled.

All cancellations and changes to lessons must be submitted to admin@SingaporeMathsAcademy.co.uk otherwise a refund may not be given.

I understand that if a tutor can not make a lesson a pre-recorded lesson will be given to students up to a maximum of 3 per academic year.

All end of term lessons will be pre-recorded (lessons in December, April and Summer holidays)
