🚀 Founding ML Video Engineer (Infra / WebRTC / WebSockets) — Happyverse

🎯 The Mission

Make conversations with AI feel as natural, fast, and lifelike as talking to a real person. That means full-duplex voice and video over WebRTC and WebSockets , stitched in real-time and scaled globally.

You’ll own the core infrastructure that makes this magic feel effortless.

🛠️ What you'll build?

• A custom WebRTC/WebSocket stack for live AI-to-human interaction
• Real-time pipelines that turn LLM token streams into photorealistic, lip-synced avatars
• Infra optimized for low latency , high concurrency , and glitch-free delivery
• Smart failovers — edge relays, TURN/STUN tuning, adaptive bitrate control
• Tools to profile and debug everything from jitter buffers to GPU throughput
• Something truly new — delightful, weird, and wildly ambitious

🧠 You might be a fit if you:

• Have deep experience with WebRTC , WebSockets , or real-time systems at scale
• Can trace and kill latency with surgical precision
• Have deployed ML in production, especially audio/video generation or streaming
• Know your way around cloud infra (AWS/GCP/OCI), FFmpeg , media servers , and GPUs
• Have shipped complex, high-impact systems — whether at a startup or within a high-agency team at a larger org
• Want your work to define how AI feels , not just how it thinks
