Responsibilities:
Manage overall governance of enterprise-wide project, including development of steering committees and working groups, establishing meeting cadences, and tracking and reporting on project progress and milestones in partnership with relevant subject-matter experts, identify and track project workstreams to ensure timely completion of project goals. Develop and manage overall reporting structure for project, including project dashboards and update presentations for steering committees Track project spend to ensure compliance with overall project budget
