Job Description

Our client is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling candidate interviews
• Build relationships with hiring managers & teams across departments to facilitate communication and coordinate efficiently
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience during the recruiting process
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees & candidates
• Provide weekly reports and collaborate with hiring teams
• Support team with additional projects assigned by manager

Requirements:

• 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience
• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and keep recruitment processes running smoothly
• Clear, professional communication across various channels (email, phone, and in-person)
• Ensures accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and candidate tracking to avoid process errors
• Comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
