Personal Lines Account Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role will manage a mix of Main Street and High Net Worth accounts within our growing book of business. What You’ll Do:Manage and service a diverse book of personal lines accounts, including affluent clients.
Provide exceptional client support by handling renewals, endorsements, billing, and policy reviews.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional coverage.
Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to ensure proper coverage placement.
Contribute to business growth through cross-selling and sales initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years insurance experience in an independent agency setting.
Proven experience managing accounts in the affluent/High Net Worth segment is preferred.
Knowledge of premium carriers such as Chubb, AIG, Cincinnati, Vault, and Pure is highly valued.
Familiarity with standard markets like Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, Nationwide, Sagesure, Swyfft, The Hartford, and Mercury .
Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills.
