Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate patient scheduling and registration by collecting demographics, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and communicating out-of-pocket costs in a patient-friendly manner.
• Handle high-volume calls (40–50/day) to schedule appointments, address inquiries, and ensure appropriate use of clinical resources, following established protocols and timelines.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives by delivering high-quality service, guiding patients through pre-registration, and providing clear instructions and financial information prior to visits.
