Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their client's team in California. This role is essential for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring optimal tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the value of the properties. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring they meet the company's standards and tenant expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for assigned properties, monitoring expenses and financial performance.
  • Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants, ensuring favorable terms for the property owner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property operations, tenant communications, and financial transactions.
  • Assist in the marketing and leasing of vacant spaces to maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
  • Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve company objectives and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial property management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal property management regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Professional certification in property management is a plus.

Required Work Hours

The position requires work hours from Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
