Job Description

Responsibilities

• Reviews project quantities and manages the project quantity book.
• Assists with cost report management & tracking.
• Assists with project scheduling, including regular updates.
• Manages subcontractors and inputs quantities into the system of record and prepares pay estimates.
• Performs take-offs.
• Identifies and resolves conflicts between design plans and onsite conditions and communicates changes to others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of experience in estimating or engineering in heavy civil construction industry
