Hospitality

• Ensure a seamless and luxurious fitting room experience.

Engagement

• Build long-term relationships through consistent outreach, follow-up, and appointment setting.
• Actively connect with new and returning clients to share the Eleventy story and seasonal highlights.
• Participate in in-store events and personalized styling sessions.

Quality

• Uphold store organization and cleanliness to support a premium client experience.
• Maintain back-of-house efficiency, stock accuracy, and replenishment standards.
• Support visual merchandising updates to ensure alignment with brand presentation.

Expertise

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of seasonal collections, fabrications, and Italian tailoring techniques.
• Offer styling advice that builds client confidence and reflects Eleventy’s modern aesthetic.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to support elevated and informed selling.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in luxury or contemporary retail.
• Passion for styling, service, and building meaningful client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
