What You'll Do:
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and communication from pre-con to closeout
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure projects stay on track
- Track progress and resolve issues to help meet deadlines and project goals
- Assist with project documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal)
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs and Bluebeam is a plus
