Daigle Cleaning Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and
skilled Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Window Cleaning
Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and
appearance of windows in various commercial and residential settings. Your
primary goal will be to ensure high-quality service delivery and client
satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning using
appropriate tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working at
elevated heights using ladders, scaffolding, or other approved methods.
- Assess and address different types of windows, including
glass panels, frames, and sills, to determine the most effective cleaning
approach.
- Remove debris, dirt, and grime from windows to achieve a
streak-free and spotless finish.
- Identify and report any issues with windows, such as
cracks, damages, or faulty mechanisms, to the appropriate supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their
specific needs and address any concerns regarding the cleaning process.
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment, ensuring proper
functionality and safety standards.
- Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and
customer service in all interactions with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Window Cleaning Technician or
similar role in a commercial or residential cleaning environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using various cleaning tools and equipment,
including squeegees, scrapers, ladders, and safety harnesses.
- Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures when
working at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver
high-quality results consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact
professionally with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various
weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be
required.
