Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter – Volume Hiring to join our team! This role is ideal for a high-energy recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for finding top talent at scale.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple open requisitions efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills

✅ Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-quality candidates.

✅ Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage talent across multiple channels.

✅ Screen and assess candidates efficiently to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

✅ Coordinate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

✅ Track key hiring metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvements.

✅ Work onsite at the client location in Alexandria, VA occasionally traveling to other sites

✅ Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in candidate tracking, documentation, and data entry to ensure accuracy and consistency across all hiring records

✅ Maintain strict adherence to recruiting processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

✅ Accurately document candidate interactions and hiring decisions in applicant tracking system (ATS) to support audit readiness and process transparency

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 2+ years of experience in high-volume full life cycle recruiting (manufacturing, logistics, retail, or similar industries preferred).

✔️ Results-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing recruitment workflows to reduce time-to-fill and improve overall hiring efficiency.

✔️ Experience coordinating or supporting hiring events (e.g., job fairs, campus recruiting, open houses) preferred

✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

✔️ Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.

✔️ Willingness and ability to travel to other client sites as needed.
