Unit Desk Clerk

Pride Health is hiring a Unit Desk Clerk for one of its clients in California.

This is a 3-month contract with competitive pay and benefits.

Location – Greenbrae, CA (94904)

Pay range - $24 - $30 per hour.

Length of assignment – 3 months contract (possibility to extend)

Shift – M-F 5x 8hrs shifts, 40 hours a week; 100% onsite.

Job Duties

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• Patient scheduling in EPIC
• Managing referral queues
• Answering phones, checking patients in, and providing program information to prospective patients and referral sources.
• Scanning of admission documents into EPIC, assembly of packets of patient information, such as admission documents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have 2+ years of previous hospital clerical experience.
• Must have previous EPIC EHR experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
