A Fortune Top 50 financial services company in Florida is actively seeking a hardworking professional to join their staff in Pensacola as a Training Instructor.

About the Opportunity:

• Assignment Length: open-ended contract
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (onsite 2 days a week)
• Hours: 8am to 4:30pm (CST)

Responsibilities:

• Implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of the company
• Collaborate with the Instructional Designers and test the development of learning activities, training materials, facilitator guidelines, lesson plans, and class schedules
• Conduct training sessions, monitor effectiveness and recommend program modifications
• Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions
• Identify and assess organizational issues and training/development needs
• Present findings and recommendations to management
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Corporate Training, Instructional Delivery, and/or a related L&D Function
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with LMS and eLearning tools
