Job Title: Training Instructor I

Location: Hybrid / Pensacola, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT

• May work OT, but not past 5:00 PM CT
• Onsite Requirement:
• 2 days/week or 8 days/month onsite
• If assigned to a training class: 4 days/week onsite

Experience Required: 1–5 years

Job Description:

The Training Instructor will:

• Implement and deliver training programs across assigned company areas
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop and test:
• Learning activities
• Training materials
• Facilitator guides
• Lesson plans
• Class schedules
• Conduct training sessions and monitor their effectiveness
• Recommend improvements based on performance data
• Evaluate processes to determine training needs and feasible solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to management
• Provide operational support to meet business needs
• Participate in basic research and administrative tasks

Note:

If selected for a Mortgage-MLO role, the candidate must register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry prior to starting. This includes fingerprinting and background checks .
