Key Responsibilities

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to meet hiring goals.
• Update and maintain up-to-date job descriptions.
• Update and maintain employment offer templates.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to identify top talent.
• May take on additional responsibilities and tasks to support the growth and success of the team and organization.

Interview Coordination:

• Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
• Provide candidates with detailed information about interview logistics.

Recruitment Support:

• Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring consistent branding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records
• Assist in preparing offer letters, background checks, reference checksand other pre-employment activities.

Talent Engagement:

• Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support the team in organizing recruitment events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift 9-5 with flexibility to occasionally work longer hours if needed
• Monday to Friday

Work Location : In person
