Job Description

Our client is a growth health-tech company redefining personal fitness and hiring for a Senior Product Manager to join their high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on AI-driven consumer tech products and passionate about fitness.

This position is hybrid based in NYC and will consider relocation for non-local candidates.

In this role you’ll define and execute product strategies that deliver personalized experiences. Driving innovation by leveraging AI, sensor technology, and data analytics, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and fitness teams.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the roadmap: Actively contribute to—and own—key parts of the product roadmap focused on personalization, engagement, adaptive training, and data-driven insights.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration: Partner with AI/ML engineers, software and hardware developers, UX/UI designers, and fitness experts to build intuitive, data-informed features.
• Leverage data for impact: Use biometric, performance, and behavioral data to refine user experiences and drive continuous improvement.
• Elevate communication and engagement: Craft clear, motivating interactions and visualizations that keep users informed, inspired, and on track.
• Measure success: Define and monitor key metrics (e.g., DAU, retention, NPS) to inform product decisions and demonstrate value.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in fitness, health-tech, or AI-driven consumer technology.
• Proven success in developing AI-powered personalization or highly engaging user experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Genuine passion for wellness and fitness.
