Location: Baraboo, WI
Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time | Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

My client, a family-focused indoor waterpark resort in Baraboo, WI, is seeking a Sous Chef to support and help strengthen their culinary division. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on culinary professional with leadership capabilities to join a fun, high-volume resort environment.
About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you'll assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations across multiple outlets. You’ll lead kitchen staff in the preparation and execution of high-quality meals, ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, and contribute to menu development and operational efficiency.
