Job Description

BroadPath is seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage and grow our Hive member acquisition site in Salem, OR. We offer onsite licensing, product training, on-the-job training, and job placement opportunities in the Medicare Advantage sector. This leader will own the site-level P&L, oversee talent acquisition, training programs, and operational performance management of the team. This individual should have experience leading and motivating a team of licensed sales agents, consistently achieving sales targets, and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed internal and client KPI requirements and achieve best-in-class service delivery
  • Manage all local site resources and functions from talent acquisition, license and product training, employee engagement and supervision
  • Provide guidance and motivation to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Provide operational performance management of a team of Medicare Advantage member acquisition agents
  • Carry out seasonal full-cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and final hiring decisions
  • Manage and track operational and facility budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist with facility maintenance and management of vendors, networking, equipment, and overall workplace environment
  • Conduct recruiting events such as job fairs and informational sessions in both the office and surrounding community
  • Build successful community partnerships to develop local brand awareness
  • Develop and implement overall marketing and advertising strategies
  • Host events and team-building activities to increase employee engagement and connection

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management within a Medicare Advantage member acquisition and retention environment
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship and professional development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data analysis for strategic decision-making
  • Motivated by a rapidly evolving, fast-paced work environment and comfortable wearing a lot of hats
  • Results-driven, organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule with some evening and weekend work
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to Salem, OR

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed to sell health plan products is desirable
  • 1-2 years’ experience in call center Medicare sales
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
  • Experience in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions
  • Employment brand management, recruitment advertising & marketing, design and launch of effective social media campaigns
  • History of living within Salem, OR or surrounding community with native knowledge of the area and an existing social network
