  • Program Management: 5+ years of proven experience in technical program management, with the ability to engage in technical tasks.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with various client teams and Capgemini GECs.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in using JIRA and working in Agile environments.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in the full software life cycle in the medical domain is a plus.
