Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the back-office tools and processes for our cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS and key metrics, finance, and process improvement, with a proven ability to drive global cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

In this unique role, your product will be internal tools and processes that will help us measure the success of our cloud products and improve the quality and customer satisfaction of those products by finding ways to optimize across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Developing and maintaining the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and features.
  • Project Management: Coordinating with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of features, balancing scope, quality, and deadlines.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting competitor analysis and staying updated on industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • User Experience: Ensuring the product delivers a positive user experience by working with UX/UI teams to design intuitive interfaces.
  • Product Launch & Lifecycle: Managing product launches, ensuring proper positioning, marketing strategies, and post-launch support to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Create dashboards with key metrics for internal use to drive action across the products or our go-to-market strategy. Create reports that provide insights into how the products are being used, and how to improve the customer experience from demo to sale to support.
  • Tools: Working with other product managers, collaborate in writing user stories to deliver features that make our products easier to use and support

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in the video security industry including experience in a finance, operations and/or product/marketing role
  • Strong track record of successfully leading the delivery of dashboards, data insights, reports and other information for a diverse global audience
  • Track record of continuous improvement across a product or service, whether internal or external
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexibility to attend late-night meetings with stakeholders in South Korea, where you will lead discussions, provide updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams during hours that align with the Korea time zone.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required up to 20%
