Demeter Robotics is a mission-driven startup addressing issue of the labor shortage and aging
workforce in agriculture sector. We are working on harvesting robots for table grapes, apples,
kiwi fruits and other high value crops. Demeter Robotics will provide Raas subscription to family
growers nationalwide when its commercial model finishes.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Robotics Specialist, based in Glendale, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Robotics Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robotics and automation systems. Key responsibilities include programming and testing robots, integrating robotic systems into manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting technical issues. Collaboration with the engineering team to innovate, evaluate, and optimize robotics technologies will also be a significant part of the role.
