Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our sales organization by optimizing revenue processes, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales team to drive client follow-up activities, streamline sales workflows, and contribute to our revenue growth initiatives on a daily basis.

What You'll Do

  • Drive operational efficiency and streamline sales processes through innovative solutions, optimizing existing technology infrastructure
  • Monitor sales data and performance metrics and improve conversion rates for equity management and valuation services
  • Deliver data-driven, actionable insights to sales team and senior leadership to inform decision-making and account prioritization strategies
  • Support sales team with daily client follow-up, relationship management, and onboarding processes
  • Prepare and issue invoices for all service offerings accurately and promptly
  • Draft engagement letters and service agreements for client execution
  • Maintain accurate client information and sales pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Support pricing strategies and quote preparation processes
  • Coordinate with accounting team on billing and payment tracking
  • Oversee workflow processes ensuring no dropped balls!

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales enablement, or B2B SaaS environment
  • Substantial client-facing experience and people skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and ability to learn new tech tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage and document processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high degree of accuracy and accountability
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of internal vs. external stakeholders, and technical vs non-technical audiences
  • Motivated and proactive with ability to function independently and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, learn new tech tools, and passion for building excellence
  • An inherent “ownership” mentality
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Certification preferred but not required.
