About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Clinical Research Recruitment Manager to lead and scale a high-performing recruitment department for a growing clinical research site in Ocala, FL . This is a 100% onsite role , with responsibilities spanning clinic-based recruitment, community outreach, and strategic campaign planning.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in clinical research recruitment and leadership, with the vision and capability to grow a team and department from the ground up. You’ll be empowered to make key decisions around community event planning, marketing spend, and recruitment strategy, while tracking performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage participant recruitment efforts across clinic and community-based settings
• Plan and execute community outreach events in collaboration with internal teams
• Develop and manage recruitment budgets and advertising campaigns, optimizing spend for maximum ROI
• Track, analyze, and report on backend recruitment data and KPIs
• Build and scale a recruitment team (starting with 5, with plans to grow up to 10)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operations leadership to ensure seamless recruitment-to-enrollment workflow
• Serve as a key decision-maker in recruitment strategy and departmental direction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in clinical research recruitment leadership — ideally having scaled a recruitment function before
• Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) or Site Manager (SM) highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in strategic recruitment planning and community engagement
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Self-starter with the ability to make an immediate impact
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
