Now Hiring: Recruiter, McCoy Group, Located On-Site in Dubuque, Iowa

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• On site, Monday thru Friday, day shift
• Full cycle recruiting and application processing for driving and non-driving positions
• Communicate regularly with terminal teams on hiring needs
• Assure driver compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and various electronic records
• Maintain a positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor during employee interaction
• Any other job duties delegated by supervisor or other management team members

Qualifications:

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task in demanding environment
• Must be accurate with information and reporting
• Must be organized and possess excellent time management skills
• Adherence to confidentiality policy
• Exceptional customer service and human relations skills (phone, Email, and in-person)
• Impeccable and timely follow through
• Experience in the transportation field a plus, but not required
• Maintain regular on-site attendance
