We’re looking for a driven, personable Recruiter & Business Development Associate to join our team.

This hybrid role blends:

You’ll grow your influence, expand CFA’s network, and help shape the future of design staffing.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Source & recruit exceptional architecture and design professionals
• Build lasting relationships through a consultative, high-touch approach
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs & deliver tailored staffing solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, referrals & events
• Represent CFA as a trusted ambassador at industry gatherings
• Cultivate relationships with A&D firms, developers, project managers, and real estate advisors
• Leverage your network to identify project leads and business opportunities
• Plan and participate in curated industry events to elevate CFA’s visibility and connections
• Collaborate with our seasoned recruitment team for seamless delivery and client satisfaction
• Share market insights and trends to help shape business strategy

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in recruiting, staffing, or sales
• 2+ years in architecture & design staffing (preferred)
• A natural networker & relationship builder with a strong A&D network
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Passion for the architecture & design community —culture, firms, and trends
• Event planning or industry engagement experience a plus
• Self-starter: organized, motivated & entrepreneurial

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience (up to 50k annually) + uncapped commission
