Job Description

Receptionist / Office Clerk (Part-Time)
Location: Pasadena CA
Schedule: Part-Time (Approx. 20-25 hours per week)
Pay: $20-$24/hour (DOE)

About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist / Office Clerk to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in an office environment, interacting with people, and keeping things organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area

  • Sort and distribute mail, packages, and internal correspondence

  • Assist with filing, data entry, and document preparation

  • Schedule appointments and support general office coordination

  • Provide basic administrative support to different departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or office support experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Professional, dependable, and personable demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
