Property Manager - Direct Hire, Full-Time Employee

Tacoma, WA - on-site

Industry leading, organization with collaborative and supportive work environment in an excellent North Tacoma location, seeks an experienced manager who knows the specifics of City of Tacoma eviction and property management laws. Strong attention to detail with unit turns, financial reporting, how to deal with difficult tenants, delinquency situations, and evictions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for property management. You will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests. You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel. Responsibilities

  • Assist all outside vendors with property issues
  • Manage property inventory
  • Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants
  • Supervise all property staff

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of property management experience (multi-family or commercial preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Certifications: CPM, CAPS, CAM or other relevant industry certifications preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with property management software (i.e. Real Page, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
