Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Ambler, PA . You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of architectural and engineering projects, including developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and fostering long-term client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple sectors, including Grocery, Retail, Senior Living, Industrial , and more.
What You’ll Do:
Create Detailed Project Plans : Develop and manage work breakdown structures, resource allocation, project schedules, and budgets.
Engage with Clients : Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Oversee Deliverables : Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
Mentor Your Team : Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting collaboration and growth.
Manage Financials : Handle invoicing, billing projections, and financial reporting for each project.
Change Management : Implement processes for documenting out-of-scope work and managing additional services.
What We’re Looking For:
Education : BS or BA in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
Experience : 7+ years of industry experience with 3–5 years in project management.
Skills :
Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and ensure client satisfaction
