Your Role:

We are seeking a motivated Project Architect/Coordinator with 3-5 years of architectural experience to join our Miami team. In this role, you will support Project Managers in overseeing luxury residential projects from design development through construction administration. You will assist with project schedules, consultant coordination, client communications, and Revit documentation while learning the intricacies of high-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination, schedules, and deliverables.
• Develop, update, and maintain architectural drawings and 3D models in Revit .
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Help manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and permitting packages.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings; track and follow up on action items.
• Support site visits and construction administration, verifying progress against design intent.
• Contribute to maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with the firm’s design vision.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in an architecture or design firm, with exposure to project management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Revit (required); familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for consultant and client coordination.
• Passion for luxury residential architecture and a desire to grow into a Project Manager role.
