Overview : Our client is seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join their Enterprise Risk Group. The group is undergoing a risk management transformation, and the goal is to establish a consistent and effective structure for managing risk across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in risk management being a significant plus. This group is dedicated to managing and mitigating risks across various domains, working closely with different risk pillars to design and implement effective risk management frameworks. The PMO will play a vital role in ensuring the success of these initiatives.

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of experience in the PMO or as a Program Manager leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts
• Experience with risk management projects
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to create and delivery presentations
• Experience working with executive level stakeholders

Responsibilities :

• Track and manage project activities and timelines
• Design and implement program frameworks and requirements for different risk pillars
• Create and deliver presentations using PowerPoint, simplifying, creating and introducing new concepts to various stakeholders
• Report project status and progress across all organizational levels
• Assist in executive and lower management reporting
• Develop educational materials related to project management and risk
• Coordinate with other groups to gather and manage project requirements
