Job Description

HCLTech is looking for a talented and self-motivated Product Owner/Business Analyst to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. The Product Owner will work with our CRM vertical in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. This role will focus on leading CRM initiatives across marketing, sales, and service domains for both B2B and B2C customers.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Execute the enterprise digital products roadmap, acting as a liaison between the business, IT, and CRM development teams.
  • Lead product development from discovery through user release, optimizing iteratively.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on scope, schedule, and planning to executive leadership.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize sprint backlogs and manage product portfolios.
  • Gather and document business requirements and user stories, ensuring they are aligned with features and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and manage dependencies.
  • Develop a multi-year product vision and roadmap with leadership based on customer input and business strategy.
  • Consult on defining business processes aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Partner with change management and training teams to assess customer impact.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Stay current with Salesforce/CRM platform updates and leverage new features.
  • Knowledge of CRM customization, automation, data models, and KPIs is beneficial.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a CRM Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong domain knowledge in marketing, sales, and service, ideally within the Retail industry.
  • Experience with integration concepts for ERPs like JDE and SAP.
  • Skilled in creating presentations and proposing CRM solutions to potential customers.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodology; SAFe POPM certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $79,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $161,700 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
