We’ve built a powerhouse team of 10+ in Sydney who you’ll be joining and help drive the next phase of scale!

Experience: 2+ years in food tech, formulation, R&D, NPD, or product development (CPG, beverage, powders, nutraceuticals, or functional foods)

What you'll do:

• Lead formulation and product development for powders, lattes, functional blends, and innovation SKUs.
• Run benchtop trials, sensory testing, solubility trials, stability tests, and scale-up processes.
• Work directly with co-mans and manufacturers to translate benchtop → full-scale production.
• Build and maintain spec sheets, formulations, BOMs, SOPs, QA requirements, and documentation.
• Source and evaluate new ingredients, suppliers, functional actives, and flavour systems.
• Improve existing SKUs for taste, cost, consistency, and manufacturability.
• Partner with marketing, operations, and supply chain on launch timelines and go-to-market.
• Move fast, experiment aggressively, and bring product ideas to life quickly.

What you bring:

• 2+ years in food tech, formulation, R&D/NPD, or product development.
• Strong experience with powdered beverages, nutraceuticals, supplements, or functional ingredients.
• Creative and commercially minded — you think in both flavour and margins.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a startup environment (scrappy, fast, iterative).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with ops and marketing.
• High bar for quality, taste, and product performance.
