Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Probate Paralegal to enhance our dedicated team. This role involves providing comprehensive support in managing high-volume, intricate probate and trust administration cases. Your expertise will ensure the seamless progression of estate matters, reflecting our commitment to excellence.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file probate documents, including petitions, motions, inventories, and accountings.
• Manage estate accounts and assist in the liquidation and transfer of property.
• File life insurance claims and coordinate with beneficiaries and next of kin.
• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of local court rules to guide estate decisions.​

Qualifications:

• Minimum of [insert years] years of experience in probate and trust administration.
• Proficiency in EstateWorks, HotDocs, BNA 706 tax preparation, iManage, and MS Office Suite.
• FRP and/or CLA certifications preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.​
