Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end post production for multiple vertical drama projects.
• Source and oversee post production vendors; negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide clear creative feedback and ensure timely, quality delivery of episodes.
• Coordinate schedules and handovers with international post teams.
• Track progress across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate effective communication between production, post, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in post production producing (end-to-end).
• Strong knowledge of post workflows (editing, sound, color, VFX, delivery).
• Experience in film/TV, streaming, or digital-first content; vertical content experience preferred.
• Film school education or equivalent professional training preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Chinese strongly preferred due to international collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
