Key Responsibilities

• Mix and match paint colors to meet customer needs
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with other paint department and store operations
• speak Spanish and English to our customers that mainly speak Spanish or/and English

Ideal Candidate

• Enthusiastic and motivated to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Spanish and English is a necessity, we have many customers who only speak Spanish and many who only speak English
