Ambassador Personnel is looking for an On-site Coordinator to join our client’s team of professionals in the Savannah, GA area.

Job Duties:

• Recruit, screen, and process all new hires for our client
• Process all post hire paperwork to include running the background and drug screening
• Conduct orientations
• Check in new hires on first day
• Direct contact for all our employees
• Handle all time clock and payroll processing, issues
• Track attendance, call if someone does not report to work, counsel employees with attendance issues
• Manage all employee related issues, complete all employee counseling and present to the employee
• Manage all workers comp incidents / accidents
• Maintain a visible presence in the plant everyday
• Work directly with Operations and other Management to understand staffing needs

Requirements:

• 4 years experience in recruiting and management
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
