Role Description

This isn’t your average sales job—it’s a mission.

As a Commission Sales Associate with Pinestraw America, you’ll meet with anyone and everyone who needs to know about premium pine straw—and you’ll spread the Pinestraw Gospel like wildfire. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madison, MS, with some flexibility to work from home.

Your job?

Build relationships, spark conversations, educate homeowners and property managers, and show them why we’re revolutionizing the industry.

You’ll be out in the field—walking properties, knocking doors, networking, following up—whatever it takes to deliver value and close the deal. You’ll also work closely with our install team to make sure every customer experience ends with a wow.
