Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Multifamily Superintendent located in Atlanta, GA. The Multifamily Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process on multifamily projects, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing subcontractors, coordinating construction schedules, monitoring project progress, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The role also involves regular communication with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues that arise.
