Right now we’re adding a Microsoft Intune & Modern Workplace Administrator to our Endpoint team and a group that touches thousands of devices and plays a major role in shaping how we deliver secure, scalable workplace experiences across all our clients. This isn’t a ticket-processing job. You’ll be hands-on with strategy, implementation, policy design, automation, and modern device management. If you like the idea of refining how an MSP standardizes and deploys its modern workplace offerings, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning Intune at depth with compliance policies, packaging and deploying apps, Autopilot, device lifecycle, configuration profiles
• Designing and maintaining SharePoint Online sites with clean governance, structure, and usability
• Helping elevate our Microsoft 365 practice (Teams, Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra, OneDrive)
• Using scripting (PowerShell) to automate repeatable operational work and standardize deployments
• Working closely with our cloud and security teams to strengthen endpoint posture
• Collaborating with engineers across multiple disciplines as we refine and scale our modern workplace stack
• Shaping the standards and methodologies used across our entire client base

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years working hands-on with Microsoft Intune in an enterprise or MSP setting
• Strong comfort with SharePoint Online (site creation, permissions, governance, structure)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Azure AD/Entra, Exchange Online, Teams)
• Experience deploying applications in Intune independently
• Understanding of Conditional Access, compliance, Autopilot, and modern endpoint security
• PowerShell knowledge for automation and reporting
• Experience with N-able is a plus, but not required
• Someone who thrives in modern cloud environments and enjoys taking ownership of outcomes
