About the Role:

As our Medicare Sales Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and refining training programs that inspire confidence, build expertise, and drive sales success. You’ll partner closely with leadership to identify learning opportunities, implement innovative training strategies, and cultivate a high-performance, learning-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, comprehensive training programs for our Medicare sales team.
  • Partner with sales leaders to assess training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Leverage modern training tools, technology, and best practices to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Track, measure, and report on training outcomes — adjusting programs for continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to sales reps to support their ongoing development.
  • Stay up to date with Medicare regulations, industry trends, and market changes to ensure training materials remain relevant and effective.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence within the team.
