Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the completion of MDS assessments and ensure they are submitted in a timely manner.
Collaborate with nursing staff to gather relevant information and documentation for MDS submissions.

Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to the development of individualized care plans based on MDS data.
Provide support during audits and reviews related to MDS assessments and documentation.
