Job Description

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Amazon.

Summary:

Seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to manage the Amazon Onsite (AO) channel for Whole Foods Market. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across Amazon.com to drive traffic to the Whole Foods Market on Amazon (WFMOA) storefront.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop and execute monthly marketing campaign strategies aligned with Whole Foods Market business priorities and goals

Manage end-to-end campaign process including messaging framework development, creative briefs, and asset management

Build and launch campaigns using Content Symphony, Bullseye and other Amazon tools

Coordinate with stakeholders across creative, analytics, and program teams

Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations

Maintain campaign tracking worksheets and reporting dashboards

Collaborate with Amazon teams for campaign approvals and optimization

Day to Day Rhythm From a Current:

  • Building strategy for campaigns and conduct campaign analysis, MBR and WBR and QBRs (Quarterly Reviews on the campaigns success)
  • Working on setting up Whole Foods campaigns and the team that will live on the onsite
  • Strategy creation and creating campaigns that will go onto the amazon website.
  • Serve as a liaison for the homepage team for the grocery org
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding campaigns and progress
  • Provide feedback for campaigns created by the team in Costa Rica
  • Work with creative partners on feedback for assets being developed
  • Reporting and writing campaign analysis (Example, this campaign had X number of impressions)
  • Pull data from dashboards, needs to use excel, and Quick sight (Will export data to Excel, must know Pivot tables and Vlookups)
  • Setting up campaigns, needs to be in the weeds, not just a broad overview
  • Meet deadlines on 30+ campaigns a week

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing or campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Marketing Manager 1-2+ years, college grad with high aptitude
  • Experience running campaigns like “you bought X item, buy it again?”
  • High volume, 30 campaigns a week generally
  • Project manager heavy skills would be nice to have (NOT LOOKING FOR A PM)
  • Someone who has been the final QC for the campaign attention to detail
  • Meeting deadlines and quality (no defects on campaigns)

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location: Seattle, Austin TX or Irvine CA

Pay Range: $33 - $37 per hour
