Title: Manager/Senior Manager of E-Commerce (pending experience)

Pay: $85,000-$105,000 annually based on experience

This is a hybrid role located in Culver City and requires in-office time of 2 days per week (subject to change based on management discretion).

Job Summary/Why you'll love this role:

We’re looking for a strategic e-commerce lead to join the Marketing team at Rael. The Senior Manager of E-Commerce will be responsible for leading the strategy and managing the execution of all digital initiatives that will produce a best-in-class e-commerce experience, effectively and efficiently drive acquisition and retention of customers, and long-term, sustainable growth. This position requires an ability to operate in a high-growth, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment – knowing when and how to dive into the details to support execution and elevate expectations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Set vision and strategy for holistic and seamless brand discovery, shopping, and purchase experience on all e-commerce channels (DTC and select retail partners)
  • Develop monthly/quarterly plans and promotions to ensure adherence to strategic priorities 
  • Optimize the experience on DTC, and support Amazon.com, and e-retailer sites to consistently improve conversion and increase repeat purchases
  • Oversee e-commerce day-to-day initiatives including ongoing UX site optimizations, site content planning and updates, execution of seasonal launches, online promotions, new features/enhancements, and merchandising improvements (e.g., A/B testing, personalization) to maximize conversion 
  • Drive improvements to e-commerce P&L regularly for GetRael.com, including revenue, margin, and expense improvement including annual and monthly e-commerce forecast and budget
  • Drive strategy and execution of SEO (with agency support), email/SMS, loyalty, and emerging channels
  • Partner with Brand and Sales teams to develop campaigns and content in support of new product launches or strategic priorities 
  • Oversee and report on business KPIs to achieve e-commerce channel growth & health goals to upper management
  • Manage logistics relationship and thorough QA process ensuring that product goes live, and flows through the systems properly
  • Work closely with CX lead on DTC-related inbounds and manage systems 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of e-commerce and lifecycle marketing experience
  • Proven track record of growing sales online
  • Experience within an omnichannel consumer brand, including beauty, personal care, and/or FMCG 
  • Experience with Attentive, Shopify and partner apps
  • Experience working with agency partners and on major retailer websites (Amazon, Target, Walmart) 
  • Experience managing or executing CRM plans 
  • Proven ability to measure results and track accountabilities to ensure desired outcomes and ROI
  • Exceptional strategic and metrics-driven analytical skills; comfortable distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce technology and digital marketing landscape and partner networks
  • Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, prioritize and articulate the highest impact initiatives
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills combined with strong tactical execution
  • Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects
  • A passion for women’s health and the Rael mission is a plus
