Freeman Motor Company, the premier independent dealership and service center in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our team as a Porter / Lot Supervisor. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy maintaining a clean and presentable environment, and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash cars, park vehicles, drive offsite, clean floors, remove trash, and perform light maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain and keep lot in impeccable condition, keeping vehicles neatly arranged and following the dealership's display standards.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, a happy spirit, and a commitment to upholding Freeman's mission of exceptional customer service.
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ensuring cleanliness and meticulousness in all aspects of the job.
  • Work in all weather conditions and demonstrate resilience and motivation throughout the seasons.
  • Display self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and a strong desire for cleanliness.
  • Resilience and motivation to work in all four seasons and weather conditions.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal oversight.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing processes.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to maintain a neat and orderly vehicle lot.
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
