Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM ( some overtime may be required )

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented  Industrial Painter to join a Catoosa-based facility. The  Industrial Painter will prepare, coat, and finish a variety of metal parts and components in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a strong eye for detail, the ability to follow paint specifications, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting through  cleaning, grinding, and masking

• Apply primers, enamels, and other  industrial coatings using spray guns and equipment

• Mix paints and coatings to proper ratios and specifications

• Inspect work to ensure  high-quality finish and coverage

• Follow shop instructions, paint specs, and all  safety guidelines

• Maintain paint booth, tools, and equipment in good working order

• Assist with  material handling and related shop duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous  industrial painting experience required

• Knowledge of paint mixing, prep, and application techniques

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to  quality standards

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Willingness to wear PPE and comply with  safety procedures

Physical Demands & Safety

The  Industrial Painter role is considered safety-sensitive and requires strict adherence to PPE policies and safe work practices. Candidates should be comfortable working around paints, chemicals, and spray equipment.
