We are a professional property management company seeking experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented independent contractors/handymen to support our growing portfolio of residential properties. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our tenants and property owners, and we are looking for contractors who share that same standard of excellence.
Position Type:
1099 Independent Contractor
Responsibilities:
· Basic plumbing repairs
· Sheetrock/drywall repair
· Garbage disposal repair/replacement
· Preventative maintenance
· Interior/exterior painting
· Tile work (installations and repairs)
· General handyman/miscellaneous jobs
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5+ years of professional handyman/contractor experience
· Must carry active liability insurance
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Professional communication and customer service skills
· Ability to prioritize and approach each job with a sense of urgency
· Must provide own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
