About the Role

Planet Harvest is seeking a Hybrid Supply Chain & Retail Account Manager to help strengthen the bridge between our growers, partners, and retail customers. This role blends supply chain coordination, retail account management, and operational execution to ensure our fresh produce programs run smoothly from farm to shelf.

You will work closely with retailers, distributors, and internal teams to support order flow, manage retail relationships, ensure high-quality execution, and help drive growth across key accounts. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys both relationship management and hands-on operational work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and execution with retail and distribution partners

• Coordinate supply chain activities including orders, inventory visibility, fulfillment, and delivery timelines

• Support retail programs by ensuring accurate item setup, pricing, promotional plans, and compliance

• Monitor and troubleshoot logistics issues to ensure seamless flow of product from growers to customers

• Analyze demand, sales performance, and operational data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to enhance forecasting, efficiency, and account performance

• Support retail merchandising needs, in-store execution, and seasonal program management

• Build strong, collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in supply chain, retail account management, operations, or related fields

• Background in produce, grocery, CPG, or fresh food distribution strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of logistics, order flow, and customer service best practices

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating both strategic and tactical responsibilities
