As we grow, we are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help maintain and elevate our brand through unique and beautiful design.

Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping Lola Blankets’ brand identity by creating visually engaging content across digital and print platforms. This full-time role involves designing marketing assets, website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, etc. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to bring the Lola Blankets brand to life through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing collateral, including website banners, email templates, social media posts, and digital ads
  • Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure all visuals are consistent and align with Lola Blankets’ brand image
  • Assist in developing concepts and mockups for new product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets
  • Stay up to date with design trends and suggest innovative ways to visually engage our audience
  • Maintain and organize a library of design assets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the retail or consumer / luxury goods industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
