A stunning new clubhouse and upscale restaurant in Elkhorn is preparing to open, and we are hiring a Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef to lead operations and shape the guest experience from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to influence every detail — from team building and menu design to service standards and guest engagement.
Food & Beverage Director
The Food & Beverage Director will oversee all dining services and beverage operations throughout the club. This includes direct supervision of the Beverage Manager, Banquet Manager, Dining Room Manager, and all outlet leaders. The role is responsible for hiring, training, and leading department teams, applying strategic marketing principles, and supporting the club’s overall calendar and event planning. The ideal candidate brings a strong service-driven mindset, operational leadership, and a passion for delivering an exceptional member experience at every level.
Executive Chef
The Executive Chef is responsible for the culinary direction of the entire property, leading all kitchen operations across multiple outlets. This includes full ownership of menu creation, staff selection and development, food quality, and back-of-house operations. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, highly committed to consistency and excellence, and confident in developing a high-performing culinary team. Administrative and financial oversight, as well as strict adherence to health and safety standards, are essential parts of this leadership role.
